This part of Berlin is also home to some fine bookshops, bars and restaurants, mainly around the Savignyplatz, whose cafes and restaurants have been popular meeting points for artists and writers since the 1920s. The Europa Center, established in the 1960s as first German shopping mall with more than one hundred stores.

bon emplacement ,pas de probleme pour aller au centre ville ,à 5 mn du bus M45
le logement est situé dans un quartier tres calme avec à côté des magasins qui permettent de se ravitailler
l'appartement est tres bien situé avec des commodités
3 étages à monter sans ascenceur donc pas pour des personnes qui ont des problemes pour marcher

Very well situated - up to 20 minutes to the ZOO area. Nice and calm building. We have spent very nice week in Berlin even that we've lost our camera with all the photos in the Ubahn :(

Great location and value, quiet neigbourhood, close to grocery shopping and good access to public transit. Has all amenities for a wonderful visit. This unit will be our choice for future trips.

Great value, in a quiet neighbourhood with good transit access. Unit was exactly as the pictures on the web and as advertised. We would stay in the unit again on our next visit to Berlin.

Very quiet appartment, our fault for choosing a room on the 3rd floor in a building with no lifts! Very clean, tidy and comfortable. Very close to the river with it´s tow paths which was great for walking the dog.
A kettle would have been usuful but that´s only because the English prefer tea to coffee! More info on the city would have been handy, for instance we didn´t know that you couldn´t get into the Reichstag without an internet pass, takes 3 days.

Good apartment in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. It´s near a U-bahn, you get to the centre in 20 minutes. The apartment was great, it was clean and had everything in it.

Très bien situé ; à moins de 500 m du métro U-Bahn : Richard Wagner Platz.

abbastanza vicino al centro della vita berlinese
Sul sito era specificato che vi fosse la connessione ad internet Wireless ,invece era solo via cavo.Ho scritto piu´ volte alla persona di contatto ma non ho ricevuto l´assistenza che mi aspettavo.

Very good location in quiet area, a lot of restaurants around. Really helpful contact person.
The bathroom in the apartment was not cleaned properly before we came. This bathroom needs serious renovation with usage of antifungal preparation because of mould !!!
